Design and creation of the visual identity and website for the Transform! festival

Transform! is a festival of contemporary queer creations that took place in Marseille from 19 to 26 October 2024. We provided artistic direction for the event, creating a comprehensive visual identity designed to embody the richness, diversity and vitality of contemporary queer expression.

Our mission encompassed the design and production of the festival's graphic universe, the website design and all print and digital materials: posters, programmes, social media posts and communication visuals.

At the heart of this identity, the animated logo explores the notions of fluidity and transformation, directly resonating with questions related to gender. The logo's soft, undulating outline evokes constant movement, a permanent oscillation between forms and states. The typography, which is also in motion, accompanies this dynamic: it literally transforms, deconstructs and reforms itself, creating a visual language that is lively, free and evolving.
