Creation of signage for two exhibitions for the Théâtre National de Cavaillon

At the Théâtre La Garance, a group exhibition explores the world of enchanted objects. Eight guest artists each use their own unique approach to the language and codes of magic to imagine other possibilities, other desires, other truths. United around the concept of the magical object – objects that transcend their condition to acquire new and improbable abilities – they offer a unique perspective on the extraordinary.

We designed the signage for both parts of the exhibition: Un Étrange Ordinaire (A Strange Ordinary) and Les Vies Fabuleuses (Fabulous Lives). A grid of dots unfolds in the titles and on the theatre windows, evoking a magical flight, almost a mirage. The signage, with its rounded shapes and pastel colours, is soft and playful, subtly accompanying visitors' gaze throughout the exhibition.
